In a stunning turn of events, I have swum at the beach two days in a row after not having done so in two years.  It was so calming to just float around in the waves (excluding the bit where I got stung by a jellyfish, but still, interesting experience). Salt water is tranquilizing.  Will return again and again this summer.

Heute war der große Familien-treffen Tag. :) zuerst sind wir mit Jan seiner Frau Ronda und ihrem Sohn Andrew mit Frau Renee zum lunch nach williamstown gefahren. Es ist wirklich wunderschön dort. Am Abend hat Jan uns dann zu seiner Schwester Sylvia gefahren wo wir zum Dinner eingeladen waren. Sylvia und ihr Mann wohnen in einem riesen Building mit Aussicht auf die komplette Skyline von Melbourne. Einfach traumhaftes Apartment !! Dort lernten wir auch ihre Töchter und deren Männer kennen. Es war fuer uns ein wirklich schöner Tag mit diesen sehr netten und so hilfsbereiten Familien. 🙈☀️🌆 Morgen schauen wir mal nach einem Auto :) Jan wird uns dabei helfen.

06.08.20 冬天的 Williamstown Beach

今天去了 Williamstown Beach,已經是第三次去了.記得第一次去,它給我的感覺是震撼,我從來都沒有見過這麼漂亮的沙灘,水清沙幼,藍天白雲.第二次去,還是覺得它很美.第三次,可能我已經去過其他沙灘吧,只是覺得它是一個還不錯的沙灘.

現在還是冬天,可能夏天的 Williamstown Beach 會更美.

一行白鷺上青天? 雖然今天天氣比較溫暖,但海水還是超級冷,浸了不到兩分鍾水,腳已經凍僵.我一直都懷疑 Williamstown Beach 的水是不是來自南極,我去年夏天來,海水也是很凍的. 摸蜆啊!可惜摸了半天,只是摸到些指甲大小的蜆,也不忍心把它們吃掉,只好讓它們回歸大海了.很想再去 Rosebud 摸蜆,上次去的時候,摸了一大桶蜆,全都是食用 size,鮮甜美味,正! 好多人帶狗來沙灘散步,第一次見識到真正的狗仔式.
