A saga for any Swiftie:
I ordered a Cardigan and vinyl of folklore from the Taylor Swift online store in August
FF to October - still no shipping confirmation. I email the store. Response: “oh those were preorders they’ll ship in November.” Sure, cool! Whatever I’m cool to wait a little bit longer.
November - order processes but never get a shipping confirmation. Just “your order is ready to ship” on UPS. Email again. No response until
December - “your order seems to be lost in the mail. Would you like a reshipment or refund?” Reshipment I say(duh).
Two days later from a different customer service rep (day evermore is announced): same email as previous BUT apparently now the Cardigan is out of stock...
Today: cardigan is back in stock on the website in my size but nobody is returning my emails...
