So instead of giving things up for lent - with the exception of alcohol :'( I have decided to use it as an excuse to rid myself of excuses! My #lentchallenge is to exercise every day until Easter. This successfully then overlaps into the #5x50 challenge which starts on 29th March meaning 89 or so days of exercise. Ever one for a challenge I then want to add #WillofIron to the end and make a full 96 days culminating in an Ironman over the last week. Sound like fun? Join me!
