Daniel and ENM have gone the extra mile to make Willoughby Walk stand out, and future tenants will be very proud to call it home.
Our 191-unit purpose built rental project, Willoughby Walk, is almost ready to open its doors to new tenants. Our register interest site is up, and we encourage those who are interested in renting to sign up and become pre-approved for leasing. They will have the first choice of unit size and location when applications are accepted in September.
Daniel and everyone at ENM are very excited to cut the tape on Langley’s largest purpose-built rental building.
In the next two weeks, the website will feature a staged suite with a 3-D cam walk-through. There will be photos and digital walkthroughs of several of the individual units as well. Daniel also expects to give a personalized tour of a few of the units.
ENM is on schedule to complete Willoughby Walk by late summer, with the first move-ins scheduled for early September. The crane came down on April 16th, and within the next month the crew plans to begin landscaping on the property.
Willoughby Walk is designed with the working professional couples and families in mind. The six-story building is wood-frame construction with a two-story parkade and individual storage lockers.
