🧪 Curious Faculty of Science

I'm in the process of building a new University town - Willowbrook University, which I'm planning to create as a Uni template (because God knows I'm tired of building a new Uni all the time) and share later 👀 Therefore this lot is 99.9% CC-free!

This is the Curious Faculty of Science, which features a Robotics workshop, Medicine & Healthcare labs, and a botany lab.

I'm very rarely satisfied with my builds but I'm super proud of this one! 😭❤

🍃Laurel Hall (Dorm)

Laurel Hall is another dorm in Willowbrook University, featuring 6 rooms, a small cafeteria, and a common room, with a basketball court in the yard. It's much smaller than the other dorm, so it's more cozy and therefore I prefer this one to the other, love me a lot that is a pathing nightmare. :D

🏭 The Foundry 🔊

The Foundry is an abandoned factory reborn as Willowbrook’s hottest underground venue. Once a place of steel and smoke, it now forges unforgettable nights.

Another community lot for Willowbrook Uni, this time it's an abandoned factory turned into a concert hall/lounge (1st floor)/club (2nd floor). Floorplan below the cut!

🛒Maple Row Shops

Another section of the shopping street is the Maple Row Shops, which has 4 separate shops: an electronics/video game store with a small arcade on the second floor, a clothing store, a "bookstore" (that sells magazines), and a grocery store. I'll eventually upload all these, but I have to playtest them first 😅

🎤Bubble Pop Karaoke (Karaoke Bar & Bubble Bar)

Another community lot for Willowbrook uni, this time it's a "shopping street" lot, which has a Karaoke bar on the left, and a "Bubble bar" with a restaurant on the second floor on the right. From the outside it looks like 3 different shops, because it looks nicer imo :D Floorplan under the cut.

🏬🍁Maplewood Hall (Dorm)

Yes, I don't feel like doing anything productive today, so I'm spamming everyone with the builds I finished so far in my Uni town.

Maplewood Hall is one of the 3 dorms in Willowbrook University, featuring 6 bedrooms, a cafeteria, common room, music room, study room and a gym! Floorplan under the cut.

(I know its very generous and unrealistic to have double beds in every room, but I don't want all my sims woohooing in the common rooms because of ACR 😂😭)

What else do you guys think a uni town needs, or what would be good to have? 🤔 I was thinking a diner, but I already have restaurants on every community lot :D
