🌌 - What’s your favorite part of rp?
I’m a storyteller. I tell tales and weave little plots of thought left behind for others to backtrack and figure out what was once or might will be. That’s what writing is to me, getting others invested in a world you’ve built from the ground up and spun a trail of threads leading to a starting and stopping point.
It’s why I struggle with RPing, honestly. I need linear concepts and basic structures to even understand what I’m doing to begin with. Because I’m less interested in interacting as a character than I am telling a story for the audience at large. To leave breadcrumbs out of the forest, and when you have them all you stop and realize what’s going on.
I love when people catch the hidden messages, the Easter eggs, when they figure out what the symbolism is and how it works. That’s what I like about this format. I want people to be interactive with the story, not the player. I don’t do a good job with that though, do I? !!
