Has anyone encountered the Wind Queen in a Traveler’s Hub quest yet? (Switch)

I’ve been at the 100% grind for a month longer than it took me for 3DS, and I’m beginning to get concerned if Wind Queen’s quest doesn’t spawn by this point. I’ve met all the conditions to get her high-level quest and I have just not seen her for the last 5 weeks since I started.

If you have encountered them, if you can remember what your highest level mii was it would be very appreciated!
