Riverside Public Utilities has a $1 per window square foot rebates for energy star rated windows The program is open to all RPU residential electric customers.The Weatherization Rebate Program is a whole-house approach to improving the energy efficiency of residential homes in Riverside Public Utilities’ electric service territory. WIT Windows and Doors carrry Milgard, Simonton and Ply Gem windows that qualify as Energy Star windows. The rebate program is part of the Green Riverside program.
