Hey there! It's so good to be back! As some of you may know, I've been I'll and in hospital. However, I'm working on 3 pieces that should be ready in November. Here's a sneak peak of one that I worked on while using my hospital bed to support my drawing board. It still has a ways to go, but I call it, "Autumn Jewellery'." And yes, it was inspired by Seneca Rocks, West Virginia. In my own little fantasy world, these three panels represent "Prime Properties available for Immediate Possession by the Fae Folk." The top is a Meadow Mansion with lovely moss landscaping. To the left is a Quaint Log Home complete with a front yard gathering circle for evening get togethers. To the right is a Truffle Tree House beautifully decorated with Lychens for that discerning home owner. All inspired by the lush and colourful Mongahelena Forest in West Virginia. And all for sale as one unit, matted and framed. The sky is blue. The sun shines. You will hike about 1.5 miles up the crooked path with your soulmate. You breath in all the green and brown scents. Young and senior trees have adjusted their angles as the soil shifted. Red, black, blonde, and brunette dirt clumps clling on your happy shoes. Shards and chunks and huge blocks of rock distract you. Humidity rises with the elevation. The sky breaks open to drop it's life giving tears. The forest canopy shields you from the onslaught. A wondrous experience.
