I’m moving to be closer to someone else, but also I just kinda feel like I am not really going anywhere special in philly so getting away is a bonus. bc i’m a few months away I don’t have a place to live or a job set up yet, but I’ve been applying to places I’m qualified for in the area. Ideally I’d be able to transfer within my company but theres so few rite-aids out there that the chances of me getting a spot are nnnot likely.
I’ve visited the city before and I’ll have help (from my area-local datefriend/copilot) in looking for housing when I want to pry my nose into it. They’ll be able to go see places and meet roommates in person, and give me advice on where it’s safe to move or whats accessible/near public transit or whatever.
Right now I’ve been saving up a little bit of money from each check, and am going to be switching over to a new bank (bc theres no PNC’s local to where i’m going), and have started getting rid of a lot of my junk items so I won’t have to move as much crap.
So, it’s been a thought in my head since basically the start of the year but I know if i wanna get things done I’m gonna have to start actually planning some smaller things, and that’s where I’m like “YEA OK I NEED HELP”
