Chablis and “Guava Roll Cake” ? Yes!! I’d go for 20 years Port Wine ou crisp Champagne as the perfect pairing. And it is!! As I had some Chablis in the glass and love to try unusual wine pairing, I gave it a try. What a lovely surprise, it was fantastic!The complex flavor profile of the Guava Roll Cake interacted with the Chablis acidity beautifully. How didn’t I think of this pairing…
