My fire pit area is finally ready to be used again, two years of not being able to work on my yard has been rough

I’M DONE DIGGING! 😢😭😭😭I naively thought this would take 6-8 weeks (finished one pass in a week) then rains & hard dirt was a slap of reality-one year later I’m done & with help from family I should be completely finished by Saturday

Trying to finish this area of my front yard, the dirt is so hard I’m been feeling like the yard wants to kill me. Now I feel it has the green waste in on the plan - trying to toss some weeds the lid came crashing down on my arm
