Today’s #pastaclass went so well and we all had such a wonderful time. We did two way of making #pasta and used several ways of cutting it. I shared the recipe i use and everyone got to have a fettuccine pasta and sauce lunch with bread and goat cheese. Thanks to everyone who came #wineandcakehobbies @wineandcakehobbies the other half of the day we did a fermented foods class where I talked about kombucha and yogurt fermented vegetables and sauerkraut. Tonight at my farmhouse cheddar class we got to sample one of the cheeses that was aged six months and was wonderful!! The pasta class was a lot of fun and I love when my students keep coming back. #itmakesmehappy everyone enjoyed the #farmtotable #dinner making pasta and buying all the goodies.
