Making cherry jam. Three bottles. Not bad. I used Sugar with pectin and some additional pectin as well. To add the flavor I grinded cornel of another sort of cherry and some real vanilla sugar. To keep the sourness I added some lemon juice. The result : Three big bottles of nice and tasty cherry jam. This works perfect with hard cheese, and the more flavored Roquefort and the smooth brie.
