Hello friends, The Author of the article above is my sister and I's friend, martial father, and instructor, Sifu Manuel Rodriguez. He founded and leads American Shaolin West Red Dragon Kung Fu located in Ventura California. His other works include the choreography of Toph in Avatar: The Last Airbender. He often appears on panels for the show at conventions including this years Comic-con in San Diego. This article is an explanation of connected force and the practice of it via traditional apparatus training.
