Sombra
Steller’s jay wings but she (carefully and safely) dyes the blue sections of her wings to match the purple in her hair
Keeps them surprisingly well kept and styled
They have some purple and augmentations on them, similar to those on her back and the pieces on her head
When she was younger they added to her expressions quite often and largely
Now, however, she’s trained them to be as calm and collected as the rest of her tends to be
She has metal pieces shaped like sharp feathers that she adds to them before missions
She also keeps small items that help with hacking and/or combat tucked in her feathers close to the bones for safekeeping in case she needs them
She prefers not to use her wings for combat but she has a few tricks up her wings if absolutely necessary
She usually keeps her wings unfurled but close to her body
She h a t e s when people try to touch them and most people who do anyway are usually never seen after that
Widowmaker
Black grouse wings
Hah, betchu thought I was gonna say some sort of swan
Nope, she has black grouse wings
They’re a gorgeous deep black, so dark that light seems to be incapable of reflecting off it
With those delicate touches of white
They match her own deadly beauty
She takes about as much care of them as she touch any other part of her body but doesn’t to much with them otherwise
She wears guards and simple protective gear on them on missions, stuff that’s similar in color and material of her uniform
Her wings are utterly expressionless, much like herself, which only adds to the dangerous look to them
She keeps them carefully folded against her back most of the time, or only partially unfurled to keep them aired out and comfortable
Often uses them for combat; their her best weapon and the ones she’s most skilled with after her gun
