What are the most painful methods that the DJD has used to execute a mech so far?
Are you listening, Drift? And you, Overlord? Ambulon, Thundercracker? This anonymous correspondent of mine has asked a question you might find relevant to your interests.
You see, Anonymous, we strive to make certain that the punishment we mete out fits the crime. And, while all treason is punishable by deactivation, certain mechs will find themselves facing a greater amount of pain before we grant them the peace of deactivation.
Black Shadow, for example, fell victim to his greed. His betrayal seems a simple one, at first. But Black Shadow was more than just a soldier. He was one of Megatron's chosen, one of our finest warriors. He was a source of pride for our ranks. He was an example of what Decepticons could strive to become. But he fell. He was unworthy of his strength, his rank. He allowed Shanix to sway him, to corrupt him--just as the Autobot Senate was corrupted. In his weakness, he did more than destroy War Worlds--he betrayed both Megatron's trust and the glorious cause for which we fight.
So I'm very certain it should come as no surprise when I tell you that Black Shadow merited quite a painful demise indeed. I allowed my mechs to use their abilities as they saw fit; unfortunately, some of them are... less than creative, to put it lightly. Vos, however, has a bit of a gift for our work--perhaps he'd like to enlighten you himself.
As for myself, well. Let it suffice to say that my voice can be used for more than deactivation alone. It took only a bit of experimentation to learn how to induce the most excruciating pain.
