Once again I just wanted to commend you on your fantastic writing!!Seriously, your writing makes me giggle and giddy! I saw your requests were open and wanted to share an idea that I haven’t been able to get out of my mind.

Here she is, she’s a little long, sorry!

Friends to lovers/mutual pining trope with Shayne topp x fem!reader. He and the reader are friends and they’re super close, comfortable with each other, always teasing, leaning on each other, affectionate, etc.

fans have speculation on whether or not they’re dating and are always pointing it out in the comments, commenting about how cute they are (“looks at him!” “did you see him hold her hand!!”) and making compilations of “Shayne x Y/N Cutest Moments” or “proof that true love exists (Shayne x Y/N)”

But it’s not just the fans, the cast & crew watch them and it’s just blatantly obvious that they’re perfect together but they’re both to dense to realize they’re in love. They always pair the two of them together in videos (ex: the idiots present that Jackie and Damien had to do) to get them closer together.

One day it suddenly just hits them that they’re in love with the other. Idk if you watch Gilmore Girls but there’s this scene where Luke Danes is listening to a self help audiobook and it’s saying smthn like “who’s face do you look forward to seeing in the morning? when you get good news who do you immediately want to tell?” and that makes him realize he’s in love. So, whether that hits them in a video/talking to a coworker/alone/etc. it just dawns on them that they’re idiots in love annnnddd the end is up to you! A kiss! A proclamation! Whatever your heart desires!

I just love fluff and pining and you are INCREDIBLE at writing that (have you READ your coffee dealer series?!?!?!?!?!?!)
