Dear Representative Winnie Castelo,
I've heard about your Anti-planking Act. I am sorry but I cannot contain my dismay on that very unusual thing.
I really hope that if making planking illegal would help lessen the informal settlers in our district here in Quezon City. Thus, I really hope that it would be able to finance road repairs, street lighting projects, creation of jobs, improvements of public markets, and other projects that would make us proud that everytime we are seeing your face and your very big name (and most of the time with your wife) on a poster/tarpaulin/streamer/billboard.
I even hope that with your good office, together with the Office of the Mayor and Novaliches District Center, you could improve the 2nd District. I have to say that people are walking on the roads because of the sidewalk vendors, who are occupying the entire sidewalk. Thus, the Public Utility Buses are forced not to use the Bus Stop in Quirino Highway because the the Police Station is using that area as a Parking Space. As an additional, pirates are even selling pirated CDs rampantly on the sidewalks.
Dear Representative, with all due respect, let us feel your presence even if we are not holders of your benefit card. I plea as a young citizen of Novaliches, Quezon City. Mabuhay po kayong lahat!
