Christmas with Tanjiro and Inosuke

Tanjiro had to convince Inosuke that their Christmas tree needed to fit through their door. Insouke’s response was “we can cut a larger door.” Eventually, Inosuke agreed to a “small stupid tree unworthy of the King of the Forest.”

While Tanjiro likes making his gifts, usually handmade sweaters for Zenitsu, embroidered winter kimonos and oversized socks for Nezuko, and knitted hats and scarves for his beautiful boi, Inosuke likes finding his gifts. Once for Nezuko’s birthday, he showed up with a rabbit he had killed to make “the best damn dinner she ever had.” (Zenitsu was more traumatized than Nezuko-chan~) But for Tanjiro, he likes finding items that hold memories or special meaning. He often brings new green things for Tanjiro’s garden or little trinkets that that catch the sunlight or twinkle.

Au cours des derniers mois on a constaté à Coteau Landing que les maisons de M. Horace Gagné et de M. W. McCaw, tous deux de Montréal, avalent été cambriolées. Les voleurs avalent enlevé des fusils, des revolvers et différents autres articles évalués à plusieurs centaines de dollars. Un pavillon de pêche, la propriété de M. McCaw, a aussi été visité par les voleurs qui y ont fait un riche butin. La cause fut en dernier ressort quand plusieurs eurent échoué confiée au Bureau d’investigation  de Montréal, et le détective Lucien Perrault, à la suite d’une longue enquéte, arrètait l’autre jour, un jeune homme de 19 ans qui a don né le nom de Vanasse Pilon bous soupçon d’être l'un des auteurs de ces effractions. Le policier a retrouvé la plupart des effets volés. L’inculpé traduit devant le juge Cusson, cet avant-midi, a plaidé non coupable et son enquête a été remise à plus tard.

Inasa and Todoroki’s Holiday Retreat

With the hustle and bustle of life in Tokyo, Shouto and Inasa like to spend their winters further south.

Their bedroom

Inasa likes relaxing to Japanese city pop from the 1980s.

I imagine that Shouto likes collecting traditional Japanese artwork and woodcuts.

They adopted a little winter baby!

The apartment is small, but they have made it into their winter sanctuary where they can forget that they are Pro heroes for a few weeks and just . . .  be.

Naruto and Hinata’s Christmas Home

The home smells of warm vanilla, citrus and pine.

Every surface was covered in leaves and snow for Christmastime. 

Himawari patters around the house, clothed in bright green and red.

She dances around the kitchen, and takes a slice of gingerbread.

Hinata hums away as she brews a pot of tea.

While Naruto sneaks some presents underneath the tree.

When the family all gathers around with their friends both the new and the old.

They’ll remember the past and look to the future, flecked in silver and in gold.
