Dude you have no idea how mad I am right now! It's the fucking editors they get the script which is about 50-60 pages long and they have to condense for the show 43-44 minutes long. So if a scene is longer than 1:30 sec they usually cut it. My screenwriting professor told me this but others might use a different technique.
I am sorry to say this but some of the Charming's scenes with Anna could've been made shorter to give room for this scene. JFC!! I am still mad lol the audience deserved that scene and they fucking even talked about it in SDCC
