It's movement to the rhythm of The Shining. Condensation covers glass and half eaten loaves of bread are in the freezer. The milk man is moving at Spring speed. A step ahead. She's dancing in the window to the city lights. Wearing sunshades, a nightdress and yesterday's underwear. Looking down she sees a milk float. Half empty, half full of long glass bottles clanging to the bumpy road. He's down and out there, she up and in here.
