actually , no not really. well ― this is a complicated question. I have since I was a little girl taken the redfield siblings' relationship very seriously. they are all each other has , of course their relationship is important to both of them. of course when he's not responding , she comes to his aid. of course when she's in trouble , he does what he can to help or protect her. this is just how I see a good sibling relationship.

and so I do enjoy the games that she's been in and the way they always incorporate Chris into her stories , and the animated movies are so good.

BUT

I actually hate infinite darkness with a passion that cannot be explained. I feel like her entire characterization was off and she made decisions that didn't seem true to her character and I just ― I don't want to be super negative because some people really enjoyed it! I just wasn't one of them.

another thing I dislike is welcome to raccoon city. as I stated above , I put a ton of value into the relationship between the redfields. I always always have and I always always will. and the way that they were handled in this movie was , to say the least , disappointing. again , I don't want to down talk something that could be someone's favorite! and I will tag accordingly. but I think WTRC is really hard to be someone who's played the game's favorite movie...

long story short ― yes , and no because of ID and WTRC , and of course the anderson movies for obvious reasons.

absolutely not. a lot of fanon i see sits on one of two extremes , either she's extrememly manipulative & just downright a monster to anyone who crosses her path ( and again she definitely has her moments but there is so much more to her than that ) or she's just turned into another 'uwu soft girl' / only viewed in the scope of whatever ship dynamic she's put into and neither are the vibe i go for nor like when it comes to her muse.

✦ has your own interpretation changed from when you first began playing the character?

a bit , yeah. in the beginning , because i've never written ada before , i was definitely still trying to find her voice & having her interact with other muses / plotting has absoluteely helped flesh out her muse more , how she reacts to certain things , her mental process when it comes to her job , etc. overall i'm very happy with where i've gotten her as a muse , especially compared to how i wrote her in the beginning.

she   loves   him   so   much   --   with   her   sick   ,   fractured   heart   ; she   feels   guilty   . but -- the   mold   ,   the   secrecy   ,   the   protection   from   the   effin'   military   --   the   looks   her   mother   gives   her   when   she   thinks   rose   isn't   looking   .   what   happened   when   she   was   a   baby   ?
