a swim during winter captured by Justine
Day 121 - (One third through my challenge!)
Ti Point w / The Pod.
A brisk and early start! In the water at 7am for a high tide swim around the Bay. I decided to get a lift up to the point with Erin and swim home in celebration of my landmark, and what a treat it was.
The water was clear and warm, the sunrise was beautiful. As we got to the point (just before swimming into Tramcar Bay) we were greeted by a massive shoal of Parore - hundreds of them scooting past like a fish show. They just kept coming!! Also some baby Trevally in there too. It was quite the eye candy!
Coming back into the bay I dropped out of swimming stroke a finned home over the sand, enjoying the light ripples on the sand and the incredible light.
Great start to my day.... next landmark - Day 182 (half way).
The cure for anything is salt water: sweat, tears or the sea.
