ADAM’S FIRST day back to school goes like usual. he meets his friends near the etnrace and the group lingers there for some time. they talk about almost everything under the sun–almost everything, adam makes an easy decision to not mention his summer fling because he knows it’ll lead to more questions than his ready to answer. one of his friends cuts off the conversation to point out a new face walking to them. he blinks when he sees the girl and it doesn’t take him a second to recognize her–ellaria. he frowns and blinks (multiple times), gulping a breath when they point out how pretty she is and proceed to laugh amongst themselves. he knows they’re loud but hopes it’s not enough to grab her attention. “guys, maybe calm it down. she’s walking towards us,” adam suggests with a subtle warning glare.
