It is called the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and pays for everything to get you trained, certified and placed in your field
The WIOA program provides free training grants to help people get trained, certified and placed in high-demand fields such as information technology. This can also be used for other high demand careers such as cyber-security, business intelligence, executive secretary/administrative assistant and project management.
The idea is that there are career fields in which there are not enough qualified people with the certifications employers are looking for and there are declining fields in which there are too many people fighting for the same few jobs. The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) helps to address this problem by providing training grants--free funding for career training in high-demand fields to qualified dislocated workers so they can get into these fields.
They can choose certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, SHRM, CISSP and many more. This training is intended to make your skills marketable so you can get into a career. This is a grant, not a loan. If you qualify, everything is covered, even the exam.
