sharing WIPARP excerpts i like again

these pages were done on LSD when i sat down to draw a WIP at the start. Looking at my silly space launch checklist

it's rly interesting looking back at my LSD artstyle, and also funny because of how much it parallels spiders making webs on LSD

i wasn't even thinking of that at the time but my art coincidentally turned out to look like cobwebs. smooth flowing lines all interconnected throughout the canvas, like tangible musical vibrations tying it together, like lights bending and merging through gravitational lensing.... planes of geometry echoing off into distant space. the entire thing WIPARP's living breathing body of shining pixels

the other theme was "shape/symbol echoes" communicated most clearly in the phone & tablet drawing. the "melty lines" part of the notes page wasn't the actual visual and was instead symbolic/emotional. words meanings melt away in creature space
