This piece was inspired by a unique creative brief: bridging the gap between Plants vs. Zombies aesthetics and Silent Hill F horror elements.

It began as a WIP focusing on dramatic lighting and anatomy studies. Ultimately, the vibrant greens pushed it more towards the "PvZ" universe, but I enjoyed the challenge of blending these two distinct worlds. Hope you like the finished result!

I actually took a series of photos while I was working yesterday so I could remember what I actually did myself, because again, still getting comfortable with pastels.
