“Hooo I am not used to interfacing like this yet even after two years of being part rotom. It’s even worse when I experience a new operating system like this. It feels like trying to ride a bike backwards sometimes...”

Dren@Wire: The little 'Two looked at the odd Rotom with concern "Humans do not exist here? As in at all? Or just this area? I may not be too fond of them, but to not have them around anymore sounds...Mmm...Empty..."

“Where I come from Pokemon were just like... a fictional thing? It’s weird and I try not to question it too much. I’m from a place called Seoul in South Korea. 

“A good few other attendants are former humans as well. Shen is from China, Garet and Joe were from somewhere in America... So was Oliver I think.”

“It’s sort of a sticking point with some people that Arceus’ attendant isn’t even originally from this world. I say fuck ‘em.”

“Right now I’m trying to switch over the tower’s computer systems from earth salvage to stuff made in Sinnoh. But they are... absolutely incompatible with one another and it’s turning into a huge pain.”

“You can totally keep that computer mouse if you want. It won’t work on the new machines.”

“And yeah it’s like... 100 floors. I heard that for the first five years this place was here they didn’t have an elevator. Can you imagine??? And Arceus’s room is at the very top. Shen can’t float! I don’t know how he managed.”

How did you become an attendant?

Wire: “Oh, hi Kain.”

Kain: “Hey. So I found some company in Sinnoh with a good reputation to come down here and get all the wiring and outlets replaced to their standard. Should be done in about two weeks and now you can just work on replacing the computers and their peripherals.”

Wire: “Oh thank god...”

Kain: “If you’re done being a mopey noodle let’s go get some tacos at the stand on the first floor. I don’t think you’ve tried those yet.”

“And yes, the tower does have stairs, but let’s see you walk up one hundred stories regularly for your job. Plus, each story on this building is like... 50 to 100 feet high. They vary a bit I think. They’re big enough that the biggest legends can fit on every floor.”
