♻️Aluminum conductor steel-reinforced cable (ACSR) is a type of high-capacity, high-strength stranded conductor typically used in overhead power lines.
ACSR cables are composed of aluminum and steel wires twisted together. So recycling ACSR wire typically involves separating the aluminum and steel wires.
♻️♻️How does this machine separate aluminum and steel? After crushing by the single-shaft shredder, the steel and aluminum wires mixture will be transported to the conveyor belt. There is a magnetic separator installed on the conveyor belt for sucking the steel wires, then the aluminum wires will be left.
