I was thinking about how the sphinx mentioned something about Pandora's box in 3x04 and the project involving the artifact is called project Pandora. So what if the artifact is actually Pandora's box. And the story the world knows about it is actually fake. Kind of like what Klaus and Elijah did with the sun and the moon curse. And the real story about the artifact is so bad(or so great) that they didn't want the rest of the world to know about it. So they could keep it/use it without worry that someone else would try to stop them.

So I just saw two new theories.

Theory one: that the reason the Bone Guy took Hope and Landons hair was because he wants to use their DNA to make a vessel completely immune to Hope(even though I still Hope was temporary toxic to Landon). And that's when the "I was made to love you" comes into play. I'm really hoping this theory won't be true. They've been through already. And that theory would only half make sense because why would Malivore make another vessel to love Hope?

Theory two: that Hope is being infected by something because of that slug comment and because she was being all happy. But if you think back to what she said in 1x11 "the only thing stopping me from being happy is me" and what she said in 3x04 "I just had to let myself be happy with you". So it just seems like and feels like to me that she finally letting herself be happy. Or the very least trying to.

Random thought: so I was thinking about the wish artifact and how at the end of 3x04 when Hope dropped it in the lake it start it work not to soon after. Then we Landon in Malivore perfectly fine and even after he got out he was. So I'm thinking it didn't actually do anything to Landon. Or maybe it's either the artifact takes a really long time to actually work or it just doesn't do what anyone think it does. Because I know Alaric I wanted to learn more about it before using it and even now he wants to learn more about it's history. And if it doesn't make wishes then I'm not sure what it could do. Also if it didn't actually work on Landon Im back to thinking maybe Landon learned/found out something about what malivore or one of the monsters were planning so the blocked his memories so he couldn't tell anybody. But I don't know at this point it this it could be anything which also makes it so confusing as well. It makes me believe the writers wrote it take way so people wouldn't figure out what's gonna happen. I don't mind that I actually really like that. But at the same time I don't because it's hard to guess what's an actually possibly and what isn't.

I've been thinking about the wish artifact and how Alaric said that the monsters only start it to show up after Hope used it. So what if the artifact actually made a portal somewhere to where Landon was at the time. It would make sense and could explain how the monsters are back.

I know a lot of people think the wish artifact is going to tie into 3x12 because it's called "I was made to love you". And that when Hope used that artifact she made "wish Landon" the one she got back. I guess that could be possible although I'm hoping/doubt that's the case. Cause we saw that the artifact worked right when Hope dropped it into the lake. So wouldn't "wish Landon" have shown up right away? And not a couple weeks later when Hope found out Landon was alive and stuck in the prison world.
