hello!! Hmm if it's casual or he's going out for fun (probably a concert!) he'd be very 80's/90's rocker (The jacket, the ripped jeans the works!) which makes his formal almost stereotypical corporate office look all the more jarring. That being said though the formal look is fortunately a rarity and he can be seen with the casual clothes a lot more :]

LOVES sports!! She's someone who likes to stay as active as possible similar to Quick; Her main go-tos are frisbee and discus throwing since they're the closest to her metal blades :]
Has a special interest in wolves! If she can she'll gladly use wolf/wolf pack analogies when explaining things and has wolf memorabilia scattered here and there across her house (she has a gigantic poster in her living room of a wolf with a sword in it's mouth and flames in the background. She thinks it's the coolest thing ever)
Realized she was a girl sometime probably in between mm3 and 4; She started to connect the dots on her own eventually, but what really cracked her egg was Wood coming out first and Wily spinning around in his chair like "Okay well then along with your blossom bazooka extreme infinite upgrade today I'll also start mixing robot e into your tanks-" Metal then proceeded to stare out the window hands clasped behind her back for the next hour.
Is not a very social bot, so tends to stick around her siblings because she trusts them when she wants company, but recently has been making attempts; Her current non-family clique is this tiny group of bikers that she'll ride with whenever they roll back into town.
Wears a lot of punk/metal clothes covered in spikes, studs, or other sharp things; In her free time if she isn't working on her throwing skills she's more than likely adding something new to the jacket she wears everywhere!
Is unanimously agreed to be the leader should a situation arise (I think it's extremely interesting that she carries at least one color that's on everyone else like color theory has me by the throat) and is partially the reason why they were so battle hungry for awhile. My big sister is so cool and epic and is clearly always right since she's the oldest and the toughest so-
It took awhile for Wily to build the others, so for awhile he was the only real interaction Metal had with anyone. For a LONG while she genuinely believed in his ambitions and pushed herself really hard when training/fighting because she wanted to make him proud. Her father's most prized hunting dog metaphorically. Nowadays this has mellowed out considerably, though Metal still kinda silently has some self-worth issues she's working out
She is closest with Air, seeing them as a confidant when she needs to talk or vent; Air developed some of their ego from her because her way of building up their confidence was to hype them both up as "revolutionaries of the future"; She'll often ask them to help with her frisbee training by using their fan to create wind resistance and in return she'll make up challenges for them to avoid when they run the obstacle course!
Metal likes to go fishing with Bubble! She enjoys the quiet of being out in the water and she and Bubble will occasionally crack jokes while waiting for a catch :] She'll bring at least one spare metal blade so it catches little spots of rust it's a tradition she does so she remembers the trips better!
Even if she doesn't say it she really admires Quick! She appreciates his honesty and how unabashedly confident he is whether that confidence gets him in more trouble or not.
Metal occasionally allows Flash to help her with her make-up. She wears it very rarely, but when she does and asks Flash gets SO EXCITED. Flash sees it as a major sign of trust and likes chattering to it's sister about anything and everything.
Metal spars with Crash the most out of the 2nd. Crash tends to have a lot of excess energy that can make him irritated if left stagnant for way too long so she ups his challenges specifically so he finishes a sparring match feeling like he's loosened up a lot!
Will go to Heat to fix her blades should they ever break! I imagine Heat would be pretty alright in basic blacksmithing so she really trusts them to repair the ones she's sentimental about as opposed to just tossing them.
Metal will take care of the dead trees Wood finds in her area! While Wood does take a few of them to repurpose as shelters for bugs, Metal takes the rest for wood working or making more obstacle courses (her house is full of tiny wooden wolves)
also not sure if it's a headcanon but I think Battleborn by the Killers or Matchbox Twenty's Wild Dogs are very Metalcore songs
