guys ik we r like “gotta make sure with a professional or uu dont actually have it” but im startin to get reallll suspicious..
#the adhd#im so incredibly suspicious of my brain rn istg#like i have been for a while#but my diagnosed friend mentioned smth i thought was like normal-ish td and like#oh :D#you people get like#satisfaction?#from completing tasks?#nono all i get is short lived relief#where are you getting the happy chemicals from#huh#i#i am confused#no cause like thats why i dont do my homework#doing it never really made me happy or satisfied or proud of myself#and it just slowly became less worth it#so i just stopped partially#i dont get any happy out of that#do you???#and im not taking about the task itself#im saying like when you finish something like is that actually a satisfaction dopamine moment
