sometimes i wonder what would happen with SPN if they really went there

like maybe an episode opening on a blurred shot, and then it comes into focus on Cas in a dimly-lit room, lying in bed, no explanation. and he's groggy, he looks around a little with that confused and oh-so-Cas-like expression. we get glimpses of what he can see, photos of people tacked to a board on the wall, a picture Sam with a girl, smiling, and behind those there are maps and other hunting paraphernalia, co-ordinates, Sam Winchester last seen in someone's handwriting, but it's cut off. and there's Dean's gun on the side table, and a calendar that says 2015.

and he blinks, his eyes narrow and his mouth falls open like he's about to say something when a tanned arm comes into view, tightening around Cas's chest, and Dean says sleepily behind him; "it's early, go back to sleep"
