Greetings Everyone! It would seem that my car has decided it didn’t want to take me to work tonight and snapped the Serpentine Belt. I am not 100% sure what the issue is but nothing is rotating at all though the engine does turn on and run.
This situation has a few options open to me, however.
1: I can take the car in and see how much it will be to fix which might be an easy fix according to my more mechanically inclined friends. (though price is still depending on if it is just the belt or if something locked up inside.)
2: I have inherited an Impala from my grandfather but it needs to be inspected and made legal in my name so this will cost $475 (give or take $5)
3.A friend of mine’s family has a truck I can have but it is like the impala so I would still be looking at $475-ish
SO my Honey and I are trying to think of what all we could offer as commissions as she has commissions to complete and I am working hard in trucking. So we are open to suggestions or ideas on what we can offer in return for help.
