We never have to be on our own

As witches, we take responsibilities for ourselves. We follow our callings and listen to our hearts. We are guided by our intuitions and make our crafts our own. We know ourselves and believe in ourselves. We are our powers.

But that doesn't mean we're on our own. We never have to be on our own.

When I first embraced my craft, social media wasn't the thing it is today. I was very much the only witch I knew, and I felt very much alone. So I utilized what resources were available to me at the time, and I developed a solitary practice using what I had and could find. I was mostly left to my own devices, and figured stuff out on my own as I went. It wasn't easy. I certainly wish I had the resources and the network that I do today when I first started.

I'm so glad that communications are the way they are now, that even living in a country under lockdown is not as isolating as it could be. I may be a solitary witch, but I'm not a hermit. Human connections are important to me. I wouldn't be the witch I am today, had I only sought guidance from my tarot cards, deities, and spirit guides.

Don't be afraid to ask for help. Reach out when you need to. Just because some of us had to embark on our journeys by ourselves, doesn't mean you have to.

I'm here for you. My inbox is always open. You can ask me anything. I don't have all the answers, but I'm constantly working on expanding my knowledge. You can talk to me about and tell me things, and I will always have a safe space for you. If you need me, I will do what I can to help you. There is so much value and joy in witches learning from each other and helping one another.
