help this queer college gal pass math (kind of??)

i’m currently in a stats class and need a survey of a at least 30 ppl  for a project. i can’t completely this physically bc i’m currently recovering from a cystectomy and bedridden - i can’t really move around at all without help, and i can’t drive because of the medications i’m on.  there’s not too many questions, so if you could take a moment to complete it, i will be eternally grateful!

Listen, I don’t want to be an ass, but I have almost 3400 followers and I follow a good 250 more. Sometimes I click over onto people’s blogs just to scroll and see what’s there because some of their content ended up on my dash and I was curious. It doesn’t mean I remember names or reblog from anyone in particular on purpose.
