I still love the headcannon that every wolf witcher has a different medallion because they had to make their own. Like it was one of the final parts of becoming a witcher.

The Northern kingdoms nursed their wounds for five years after the Great War. Plague and famine raged, the death toll unknown. A few surviving elven and dwarven units sought refuge admidst forest, where they prepared for a final, desperate fight. Abominable beasts ruled backwoods, highways, and former battlefields alike. In cities and villages, folk were left wondering: What had happened to the witchers?
And it's finally DONE! Yay! 😄
To celebrate season 2 of Witcher coming out in few hours, I wanted to make my own version of wolf school medallion 🐺⚔️ I love aspects of both show and game versions, so I merged them together. Front view of snarling wolf looks so much more ferocious and it being flat makes so much more sense with all the straps and pieces of leather that come with armor. It still needs a bit of polishing and a proper chain, but I can proudly wear it tomorrow as it is 😅 The whole snarling thing looked so much more beautiful outside of epoxy, but I guess we can not have everything 🥲 (hears the distant echoes of sting from last episode of Arcane)
Finished my embroidery! I'm scared to take it out of the hoop haha
I asked @inexplicifics a while ago what she imagined the Crane witcher medallion looked like in her Accidental Warlord AU, and based on her answer I designed this!
I had a lot of fun rendering this, tho i think i may have made the chain a bit too short...
i give full permission to use this medallion design for anyone else with a Crane witcher OC!
