I love how when people witch out they have hallucinations of their despair. Wish more magical girl stories would have that sorta concept with the monsters of the week!

My instinctive answer is no, Neige and Epel’s mahou shoujo powers don’t work like Madoka Magica’s— if they use up all their energy the worst that happens is they’re left powered down and exhausted. They’re vulnerable, but it isn’t like their souls are in danger of any corruption.

Not from the transformation alone, anyway.

However, if you introduce the Blot drug into the equation…

Well. Then the danger of corruption and consumption multiplies exponentially.

(Overblots are basically witching out for teenage boys, right?)
