The more I think about it, my mom taught me stuff that I remet in witchcraft quite a lot

Don't think bad thoughts while cooking, especially with cakes, they will deflate

Only good vibes

Mix in only one direction, clock wise

Don't argue while cooking/doing garden work

Talk with your plants, show them love

They will grow stronger and healthier, happier

I'm sure there were more Balkan things that I just don't remember right now

My mom seems to have way too much witch information and I don't know if it's because of balkanian traditions

When I started I wanted to try doing a charm for her garden to prosper. I told her I will need some cloth to sew and told her I would make a good luck item. I asked her what herbs we had, and she got to rosemary and she said 'ya know, it's used a lot in spells'
