Not a confession but are you not supposed to pop them???

haha, well everyone says differently. my mom is a doctor and she says it’s good to get the pus and stuff out of your skin, but then it’s not really good to pop them with your fingers (hahah oh well) bc there is a lot of bacteria on your fingers that can get into your pores and possibly break you out again. also some people say that it’s better just to let them go away but tbh i can’t stand having white heads or black heads or spots or anything on my face.

but what you can do if you have a white head (apparently, i haven’t tried it, but it seems legit so) then get a face cloth and wet it with warm/hot water and slowly and gently rub it over your pimple and it will open up the pore and take the pus out without getting bacteria from your fingers in and on your skin which is not particularly healthy (but honestly, who really cares, it’s p satisfying)
