It was just another normal night at the bar, although quite uneventful. That was usually the case on weekdays, not that she really minded. If anything, it was a great change from the loud and busy weekends. It was empty enough that people wouldn’t have to push their way to the bar, and she could quickly come up to the new person to take their order. And it was like that, that Aileen walked to the new person only to be struck by a familiar feeling. That face, she could’ve remembered it between many. Maybe meeting up so often during all those centuries really did help her remembering his face. “I did expect to see you here.” She started, a light grin spreading across her features. “What can I get you tonight?”
