He remembers what they had discovered about Star Dragons, even though it was very little, as the species was actually unheard of in this world. Still it seemed like they tended to travel through space and even universes. Maybe they had come across it in this old culture, maybe it was just a general interest in stars.
“I'd love to see what our plate holds. Maybe it has a story to it?” “I’ll take you to see it at the end of our little tour, it might not be fully cleaned, but we should be able to see something.”
He leads them to the next room, which is filled with statue like dolls, just like the ones they found, the three discussing of they might be idols, or perhaps just dolls, where the official museum standpoint off it was that it was most likely small dolls made to resemble their gods, and therefor help keep them safe. Once again, they end up taking pictures, even finding one that had quite a lot of similarities with a frog, which they deem a frog prince. After that, he mentions that the rest is really just old clothing, and asks them if they would rather want to have a look behind the scenes and see their plate before they pick up the frog.
“Can we take a picture with you, I mean like a selfie?”
River looks at Miguel as he would like to have one more memento off this trip and their visit to here. Miguel nodding, having one of the workers at the slowly filling museum to take their picture once again in front of all the dolls.
“Mind sending me a copy on mail?” “No, of course not, I will mail it later today.”
Miguel nods, River putting the Camera back as he guides them back to a door, a code allowing them innside, one of several people there, cleaning something gently in a small tub.
“Oooh is that ours?”
Rylan squeezes Rivers hand, Miguel nodding at them, the young female working on it lifting it just up to the water's edge so they can see. Both River and Rylan leaning on closer eager to see the carving.
“What is the picture on it?” “It's hard to see, it seems someone has tried to scratch part of it off..”
She holds the plate in one hand, showing them the picture.
