✨ I’m not a therapist or a pastor — I’m a peer support practitioner.
That means I walk with you, not ahead of you. I use my own lived experience with burnout, neurodivergence, caregiving, and faith struggles to create space where you can process your story without judgment.
My approach weaves together three threads:
🌱 Neuroscience & Somatic Tools — simple, everyday practices like breathwork, HRV awareness, and grounding that calm the nervous system.
🌿 Spiritual Reflection — contemplative practices from Christian mysticism, Buddhism, and other traditions (and if you’d rather keep it purely human, we can do that too).
🤝 Peer Support — the power of being with someone who’s wrestled too, and won’t hand you a diagnosis or a sermon.
I work with people who feel stuck, burned out, or spiritually restless — helping them find practical tools and a deeper sense of meaning. It’s not therapy, and it’s not church. It’s a middle ground where your body, mind, and spirit all get to breathe.
✨ Areas I support:
Stress & burnout
Life transitions
Exploring & deepening faith
Chronic illness & disability
Caregiver burnout
Gender & sexual orientation (esp. later in life)
Navigating cultural or relational conflict
I’ve always been someone people feel comfortable opening up to — the kind of person you can tell anything.
