"It...It is a bit heavy." The rejection she wanted to say changes to acceptance as her arms began to ache from the three boxes. Her legs shaking a little as she tried to trudge back into the store with slow steps. "I appreciate it Leon-kun..."

Of course this should be the correct thing to do, it would be extremely selfish if he let her carry these boxes on her own. Besides Sayaka wasn't only a good co-worker, but a dear friend, even like a mother-like figure at times.

"No problem, Sayaka-san, there." The brunet then proceeded to take two of them so she only needed to carry the remainder one. "To the storage room, right?" It might be for the best if she took lead for this since she knew more about their job procedures.

Piercing gold eyes peered to the woman from the shadows of the dreary children’s home as she made her way down one of the winding halls. Aketchi never gets visitors, mostly because they weren’t allowed or really heard of aside from those weird Phantom Thieves but this lady did not look as such...

This woman was the spitting image of his mother...though she died long ago...why is she here? Apart of Aketchi was...too afraid to approach her, not wanting tot be disappointed tot find it isn’t his mother but also afraid if it turned out to be her... Yet, he hesitantly walked over, tiny hands twiddling nervously.

Mao sighed as he leaned back in the pack bench, staring up at the tall trees. It was getting chilly and the leaves are fslling...soon enough he won't be able to escapento the park to study...Well both like he's doing much of thst either anyway. He had opened his notes and a text book, stared at it for a minute, and just spaced out.

He knew he was going to get more than a earful if he brings back subpar grades but goddamn it's hard to keep up with such a perfectionist of a father--!

Mao felt frustrated tears trying to pick his eyes and he wiped then away profusely; no one likes a cry baby. Others have it worse...father just..cares...Right?

As he pulled his hands away from his eyes, he noticed he a woman had spotted him sulking..How embarassing...

The boy's head ducked in shame as he casted his eyes to the ground now...
