omg thank you!! admittedly i’m still pretty proud of most of them, haha. i even made a ramirez-flavored one a while back bc i enjoyed them so much and he is my child so of course i did.

yeah like???? obviously people are entitled to their own opinion and if they don’t find her attractive than whatever but it’s this onslaught of people acting like they’re SOOOOO much better by making fun of how she expresses herself because apparently only dumb hetero girls could ever think she’s hot L O L XD!!!!

sort of related to ramirez status effects but have you ever beaten piastol without using delta shield? I use it literally every turn fighting her but I'm doing a playthrough rn using no super moves and I'm dreading all the bounties

i’m sure it’s possible but I haven’t done it personally...aside from when I was a tiny skies of arcadia noob and didn’t understand its importance. if you’re doing a no super moves run then i suggest stocking up on items like the glyphs and crystals and buffing everyone’s speed, especially fina and vyse since they have the best damage output in magic and attack, respectively. probably best to wait until you have ilchymis and upgraded his shop to sell seeds before taking on the bounties/piastol. hell, you might even want to wait until drachma comes back at the end of the game, since he’s the best tank of the lot.  

even then, it’ll mostly come down to luck - bounties level with you and eternes can and will take out your whole party. :( Good luck!!!

I don’t think you asked me that!

lmfao there’s no real deep reasoning for it, Ramirez is my favorite character and almost always my icon in everything. The Skies of Arcadia urls that I like and normally associate with him (monoceros/soltis/eternum) were all hoarded and/or taken so I was having trouble thinking of something else that fit the theme for a while. And then one day it occurred to me that my friends and I always joke about him using Drilnos every other turn in battles and I realized it would be a fantastic substitute for my normal usernames. 

I checked and it wasn’t taken AND THEN MY TRANSFORMATION INTO A SKIES OF ARCADIA TUMBLR WAS COMPLETE.

I have a weird relationship with Fina where I started out liking her and her character design before I ever played Skies of Arcadia and then disliking her and vastly preferring Aika because I was in my internalized misogyny stage where soft, feminine women were the devil or something. Then as I kept replaying it, I grew more and more fond of Fina but I felt like I should dislike her because again, ~feminine women weren’t good characters~. Playing it again after getting over that led me to really appreciate her character and led me to realize she is the most well-rounded character in the whole game - you play as Vyse but the game revolves around her growth as an individual, and Fina is essentially the game’s protagonist. So I keep playing it and really begin to appreciate how Fina is brought down to her lowest again and again and, in a direct parallel to her pseudo big brother Ramirez, rises above it to remain a kind and good person.

And now she’s probably my favorite girl character in the game.
