W10 is still available for free so you can buy a W8.1 and upgrade to W10 for free instantly.As far as I’m aware pcs will ship with W10 preinstalled from November.

Yeah I’m just being lazy and don’t want to put the effort in installing it but I also don’t want to wait another 3 months but it seems like I’ll have no other choice than to buy a W8.1 and install it on :/
