So me, my little sister and my uncle decided to start our own dnd game. We weren't playing a traditional game by any sense as we didnt have the tools and stuff like that but we had paper pens and online dice. So we get a little ways into the game and a thief stole my sisters characters stuff. (She plays as a tiny little tabaxi wizard) me being the DM asks my sister what she wants to do after we find the thieves. She in a very typical wizard fashion says "I wanna cast fire ball!" We are bearly starting out and I'm like whatever do what you want but you have to roll to see if it works. The online dice we used where two 15 sided dice so she had equal chances of rolling high and low. AND SHE ROLLS A TWENTY FIVE!!
So just imagine you are these cloaked thieves and you are confronted by a beginner/armature wizard that looks like a cat and is no taller then your knees and she casts the biggest fireball you've ever seen right before you are completely eviscerated and wiped from existance! It was awesome and I can't wait for when we can continue it.
