So I got my Pizza Wizard shirt in the mail the other day and the first time I sported it in public, it was to my LAST EVER NIGHT REHEARSAL! That's super crazy and upsetting, because all throughout high school, we've had 2-4 night rehearsals for both the fall and spring concerts.... And now it's over. 

Anyways, night rehearsals are crazy because everybody's done with everything after a long day of school, followed by a long evening of homework, but most of us have had food too, so we're not just dead... we end up... sort of goofy. Especially our director. Weird things are always said (most of it morally questionable), inside jokes are made, and we're always left as clarineat so well put it "confused yet happy." At the end of tonight's rehearsal, a few of us were lingering in the band room, and I was coming out of the locker room (yep, I put my oboe in my locker tonight, we all know how heavy it would have been to carry home), my director asked me, "What's a Pizza Wizard?" Thankfully, Ilyse (clarineat, quoted above) was there, so she could help me explain. 

It was a weird way to end a weird night, but in a good way.
