Please Note that the following list of Potions have been added to the banned potions list.

      Potion of Bat Swarm

·     Potion of Anaphylaxis

·     Potion of Mass Anxiety

·     Potion of Mass Euphoria

·     Potion of Mass Conspiracy

·     Potion of Perceived Divinity

·     Potion of Mental Demons

·     Potion of Musical-Ear-Worm

·     Potion of Ghostisfication

·     Potion of Apathy

·     Potion of Arbitrary Potion

The Council will permit the construction of these potions for academic purposes only.

As a reminder: You must file as an ‘evil’ wizard in accordance with section 1-3.b.(c)-7  of the General Wizarding Rules & Regulations in order to brew any banned potion, except for the purposes of educating familiars or apprentices (in accordance with 9-b of the same document).

The Sale or Unauthorized Consumption of banned potions will result in your filing as an ‘evil’ wizard and may result in council action.

Brewing of a potion without intent to sale or promote unauthorized consumption of liquid magic will result in immediate punishment in the form of making the offending brewer drink said potion.
